The Full Story

In 2021, Katie Bailey, a former Madden Media employee and Tucson Guide Publisher, acquired the Tucson Guide. In Spring 2022, the first edition of the Tucson Guide under Katie Bailey was published.

Over the next year, Katie rekindled old relationships and developed new relationships in rural Arizona, including Tubac, AZ. She saw a need for Tubac to have its own visitor guide. After consulting with the Tubac Chamber of Commerce and local partners in Tubac to better understand their needs, the Tubac Guide was created. In Spring 2023, the first Tubac Guide was published inside of the Tucson Guide.

In Fall 2024, the first annual Tubac Guide magazine will be published and distributed at Tucson Airport, Visitor Centers throughout Tucson and Southern Arizona, and many locations throughout Tubac.

The team of professionals who work on Tucson Guide are extending their passion for Southern Arizona and their expertise to the Tubac Guide to assure the same high-quality content, design, and service advertisers, visitors, and locals have come to expect.
